Good morning and welcome to our coverage of Thursday of the VWDRC Drag Days, sponsored by John Woolfe Racing. This is an event organised by VWDRC which has been open for pre-entry to all racers. It is being held under Covid-19 secure rules which means that for today there won't be spectators. However there will be streaming video coverage courtesy of VWDRC's Facebook channel.

The weather is dry and cloudy. Humidity is 78% and temperature 20 degrees rising later to 27 degrees. The wind is 7mph. So we have good conditions for racing.

Eurodragster.com's coverage plan is for a live report, highlighting personal bests and anything noteworthy on-track. At various stages of the day we will provide a leader-board of the best runs, and at the end of the day compile a list of the top racers. Kirstie will be providing a gallery at the end of the day

A big hello to all Eurodragsterholics that are following today's coverage. We'll be back shortly after 09:30 when the action is due to commence.
