8:45 Good morning and welcome from Santa Pod for our coverage of the UK Truck Show brought to you in association with American Car Imports. The Webster Race Engineering/Nimbus Motorsport webcam is on-line and streaming live video and audio (the latter being the same as the PA feed). The webcam will be on air as long as the track is open. As this is the first outing for the live webcam we would appreciate constructive comment and feedback to webcam@eurodragster.com, and we are very grateful indeed for the response yesterday which was overwhelmingly positive: we received sixty three E-Mails about the webcam of which sixty were gushing, two contained useful and much-appreciated constructive comment, and one made your reporter laugh out loud. Thanks also for the nice comments about your reporter's commentary which were much appreciated. The usual Raceday good morning to our US Correspondents Ed O'Connell and Kathy Hileman who are tuned in from Rye, NH. Thanks for the feedback on the pictures, Ed; we have passed that on to Julian and he is suitably delighted. It's already a scorching day here at Santa Pod and believe me it is plenty hot in our office in Race Control. As your reporter is again commentating solo today there will likely be a short delay in posting results but stay tuned and we will bring them to you as soon as we can.
