Simon has posted his pit notes and we have also posted some pitside pictures from Roger and Christer. You can access both via the Event Index page. As you can imagine it's been a bit of a struggle finding open pits and also it wasn't a nice thing to do to send Simon, Roger and Christer out into the rain but off they went without complaint and they all delivered.

We are told to expect dry weather tomorrow so tune back then and we'll bring you news from what should be a frenetic day's qualifying.

We have just been called off for today as the rain has not stopped and shows no sign of doing so.

Stay tuned as Simon is working on a tranche of pit notes, and Roger and Christer have some pictures from the pits, so we will let you know when those are ready.

Good morning and welcome from Santa Pod Raceway for our coverage of day two the FIA European Finals presented in association with American Car Imports.

The Webster Race Engineering/MPM Oil webcam is on-line and is set to post a picture every sixty seconds until the track closes on Sunday evening.

Day two is starting very much like day one, rain came in again overnight. Right at this moment it has stopped and the track crew are out doing their thing. Keep an eye on the webcam and on this page, and as soon as there is anything to report we'll bring you up to date. Also keep an eye on the Pit Notes page and we'll see how many unbuttoned awnings Simon can find.
