Phil Pratt took the event in in 9.50 Bike and "rookie" Wayne Saunders was runner-up at his second-ever event in this class.

Carl Atkinson was number one qualifier in 9.50 Bike.

VW Pro racer Russ Fellows clocked a 9.8-second pass in his Beetle which he drove here from Chester.

James Hodson was runner-up in VW Pro in his very rapid Golf.

Paul Day took his first event win in VW Sportsman, chasing down Russ Weir.

Craig Allen was #2 qualifier in his very busy Baja Bug.

Laura White runs this Beetle in VW Alternate Engine and qualified fourth.

Spencer Tramm has the name of new sponsor Wordplay on his Corrado and took the event win for them in VW Alternate Engine.

Super Modified racer Rob Smallworth looked to have cured last year's problems with shake at the hit.

Andy Hone ended Super Modified qualifying in second spot.

Gabrielle McDonald ended the weekend in the SPRC rental Junior Dragster in which Rhiannon Bellenie started it. Gaby's Junior Modified engine blew yesterday.

Martin Walker got some good air in 9.50 Bike eliminations.

Richard Colby was in the eights in his pretty Outlaw Anglia.
