Simon Williams made the final of VW Alternate Engine but lost out to 2005 Champion Spencer Tramm.

Andy Frost and Steve Nash both laid down stunning burnouts before the Street Eliminator final, but Frosty was shut down after drops of oil were spotted as he staged.

Brendan Clancy returned to Super Gas competition this year and took his first season win at the last event of 2005.

Chris Isaacs and Jon Morton dig out in the Super Comp final. Jon took the win 9.046 to 9.426.

Chris Mott took the Supertwin Modified win and ran another Nine in a very close final against John Hackney.

Chris Reed faced Steve Venables in the first round of Super Street Bike. Looks like Bois had the nitrous timers set a bit too aggressively.

Clayton Round was the only member of the NFAA left standing today and was rewarded with a new Personal Best of 7.171/188.98.

Fred Furlong rounded off a great season with another final round appearance and the UK National 9.50 Bike Championship.

Eric Demengel and Philippe Runget made their first journey from France to compete in Pro Stock Bike.

Gordon Appleton and the team were working on getting the Wheelgame Racing Pro Mod to launch a bit flatter today.

John Grant rounded off a dominant season in Super Street with another event win whilst Paul Spiers took the event runner-up spot in a strong rookie season.

The Junior Dragster final was we think the first all-girl final round, Jayne Kay taking the win after Holly Mitchell redlit.

Martin Hill had the crowd on their feet with a brace of five-second passes in the Fireforce 2 Jet Funny Car.

Phil Leamon faced off against Gary Jones in the final of Comp Bike; Gary maintained his strong late-season run of performances and took the win.

Phillippe Runget made the Pro Stock Bike final on his first trip from France but the UK's Richard Gipp was too strong for him.

Rick Denny won a battle of the breakouts with Nick Gay in the final of Sportsman ET.

Rob Turner took the event win and Turner Racing's eighth MSA British Drag Racing Championship.

The scoreboard tells the story of Roel Koedam's stunning run in the Top Fuel Bike final.

It was great to see Shaun Branch finding form again, taking the win in Funny Bike.

Spencer Tramm once again made two finals, winning VW Alternate Engine but having to settle for event and Championship runner-up in Super Gas.

Steve Carey was A-OK after a very minor bike/wall interface in the Top Fuel Bike final.

Steve Venables clinched his first ACU Super Street Bike Championship, congratulations Ven!

Steve Wells laid down a stormer of a burnout, but shut down and was pushed back in the first round of Pro ET.

Tony Wynn Jones ran his first ten-second pass at 10.911 and to celebrate went on to take runner-up spot!

There was not a dragster in sight come the final of Super Pro ET. Vince Gibbs wheelied his way to the win over John Everitt.
