Good morning and welcome to Tierp Arena for day 2 of the Summit Racing Equipment Scandinavian Internationals. The weather is cloudy but dry, rain during the night having largely dried and the track team starting early to clear it away and dry the track. The temperature is 14C rising to 20C with wind from the south of a negligible 7mph. Density altitude is 300ft-900ft and there are 63=69 grains of water.

The plan is for two qualifying sessions of all classes, starting imminently onece the jet dryer has cleared the top end. The track has been glued and looks good to go from our perspective.

Greetings to Eurodragsterholics, a big Hello to Geoff Stilwell who with his LSR Team 7707 including Tony Thacker, Nick Davies and Rob Loaring at Bonneville made one 230mph run yesterday and found a split fuel tank which they can't fix at the track. Hard luck guys, you'll be back I'm sure. Happy Birthday to Modified 100e admin Scott Collin, have a great day Scott. Hi also to SPR commentator and FWD/VWDRC admin/chair Luke Stevenson who is acting as tour guide for a group of UK spectators who will be at the track tomorrow and Sunday. We hope your first event at Tierp is a memorable one!

We'll be back with the qualifying news shortly.
