We had a thunderstorm earlier in the morning and it continues to rain. Track officials have announced that the weather will be reviewed again at 10:00 and a further announcement will be made. Temperatures were very muggy overnight, it is 20C currently rising to 28C which will help track drying, and wind is 9mph from the west. The grains of water figure is very high, between 99 and 114, and air density is between 1900 and 2600ft these figures thanks to airdensityonline.com. Conditions should improve tomorrow and Sunday. We hope to get qualifying started today. There will be a detailed schedule as soon as conditions clear, and racers should listen for announcements on the PA. We will post the schedule once it is published by organisers.
