You can check out both pit notes and gallery via the Event Index.

16:50

Top Methanol Dragster licence pass

Daniel Jedborn 5.4450/400.30 bye

Another well-controlled burnout then a fantastic pass! 0.9680 to sixty, 2.4815/259.74 at 330 feet, 3.6197/355.26 at the eighth, 5.4879/402.99 at 1000 feet, all candles lit, off it a touch early but I would imagine there are no questions about the licence. Well done Daniel, Jerry and team!

That's the on-track action for today, we will have today's gallery for you in a couple of hours.

16:45

Comp Eliminator qualifying session 6

Robert Arthursson up on three wheels and heading for the centre line, had to shut it off. Roger Forsström in the other lane also shut off, I suspect he saw Robert coming. Next pair and 8.0622 on 8.74 for Janne Kretz, good for #5. Johan Pripp's motor did not start and his slingshot was pushed away.

16:40

Pro Street qualifying session 6

Ossi Oikarinen with a perfect 7.6004 in the first pair, well done Ossi and team! Ossi in #2 spot as Pelle Arvidsson ran 7.6001. Sight improvements for Peter Trång and Seppo Raussi but stayed #10 and #14 respectively. Next pair and Fredrik Gravningen onto the bump spot at 7.7868. 7.6061 for Anna Knutes in the last pair put her third.

16:30

Street qualifying session 6

Another gentle launch for Torbjörn Israelsson, carrying an injury I suspect. Penultimate runs of the session and Sami Holm left before the lights ran. Mauritz Rådberg again the last to run in the session, another improvement to 8.7022, stayed #5.

Quick groom of the track then Pro Street.

16:25

Super Comp qualifying session 6

7.7924 breakout for Schuby Schubert in the second pair. No changes to the standings in this session.

Stock/Super Stock qualifying session 6

Ari Körkkö (10.05) with an improvement to 9.1022 to open the session, stayed #10. 10.3257 on 11.50 for Lasse Bodén consolidated the #1 spot. Side-by-side improvements for Johan Stam and Thomas Westberg but stayed in place. Not everyone turned out for this session.

16:15

Super Street qualifying session 6

10.9179 for Kent Forschner-Hell in the first pair good for #3. 10.9181 for Christer Gustafsson held #4.

Super Gas qualifying session 6

9.9236 for Håkan Mattsson took top qualifier, quick mop-and-Billys clean in the lane.

16:05

Super Gas Bike qualifying session 6

Number one spot consolidated for Bo Sørensen with a 9.5113 in the first pair. Consolidated for a couple of runs anyway since Magnus Pollack took over #1 with a 9.5061 in the last pair of the session.

Super Gas Bike qualifying session 6

First pair, Jens Karlsson, 7.88, you know the song. 8.6075 for Peter Östlund good for #5.

Quick groom of the track then Super Street.

15:55

Junior Dragster qualifying session 6

Squeaker -0.0072 for Ludvig Sundqvist in the first pair. Marcus Andersson pushed back not for the first time today. Perfect 0.0006 RT for Wilma Andersson to take #1, well done Wilma! Hannes Rualita did not start and was pushed back, minor bump into Nelly Ericsson's dragster on the way but no harm done.

Junior Drag Bike qualifying session 6

No changes to the standings in this session.

15:45

Top Methanol Dragster licence pass

Daniel Jedborn shut off, bye

Great run-up type burnout but then both parachutes deployed on the way back. The back of the car made a turn towards the centre line but Daniel caught it and shut it off.

15:40

Comp Eliminator qualifying session 5

Bjørn Johansen (7.45) drove through shake which we felt here in Race Control, car took a step to the left but he stayed with it. Robert Arthursson (7.37) with a fantastic 6.3157/360.96 to consolidate his #1 spot, speed equates to 224.29 mph. Very straight pass. 6.6200 for Krister Adeen on 7.13, slight improvement but stayed #11. Storming launch for Odd Erik Fossum but shut it off. First run of the day for Fredrik Olehag (7.45), 8.4269.

Looks like we are going for a Q6 but first Daniel Jedborn's Top Methanol Dragster licence pass.

15:25

Pro Street qualifying session 5

Perfect 7.6001 for Pelle Arvidsson to open the session, into #1 of course. Well done Pelle and team! Next pair and Odd Roar Øgård left before the lights ran. One of Mats Lusth's team fired him up and then waved what looked like a yard-long piece of cable at another team member and slammed it to the ground. 7.6408 for Mats, good for #8. Bump spot still 7.8015, top thirteen in the 7.6s. 7.5460 breakout for Seppo Raussi. Great match between Ossi Oikarinen 7.6130 and Lars Berglund 7.6123, Lars #2 and Ossi #4.

15:10

Simon has posted a third set of pit notes which you can check out via the Event Index.

Simon also tells us that we will shortly be seeing a licencing pass by Simon Jedborn in the injected-nitro Top Methanol Dragster. Jerry Darien is working with the team this weekend and has been through the car. 6.3 seconds or quicker to get his licence.

Street qualifying session 5

8.5453 breakout for Helena Olsson in the first pair. Second pair, Sami Holm with an 8.6680 but stayed #4. 8.5861 breakout for Mauritz Rådberg with the last run of the session.

Short hold for track grooming.

15:05

Super Comp qualifying session 5

First pair and timing console displays a 1.5450 ET against 10.05 index for Ari Körkkö... probably not correct. 10.1324 for Thomas Strand against 11.25, tiny improvement and stayed third. 9.9386 against 10.50 for Rick McCann, stepped up to #24. Next pair a 10.5202 against 11.55 for Carla Pittau, stayed #7. 10.1123 against 11.00 for Per Fagerström but stayed #12. Bo Nylund (11.70) on 10.7564 stayed #10. 9.8419 against 10.59 for Iiro Mikkola in the last run of the session, stayed #18.

14:55

Super Comp qualifying session 5

Mari Udtian up from #9 to #4 in the first pair at 8.9298. Having been drummed out of a 7.60 class for index blasting Schuby Schubert returns in an 8.90 class... Germany is of course a long way to go when you've only made one run. 7.6465/291.11 for Schuby, maybe a bit of a point being made there. 8.9239 for Leif Andersson to consolidate the #3, set-up well and truly dialled in.

14:50

Super Street qualifying session 5

First pair and another improvement for Uffe Lundgren, 10.9088 but stayed #2. 11.0959 for Sebastien Jacobsen, stayed #10. 0.0032 RT for Ulf Axelsson next pair.

Super Gas qualifying session 5

9.9325 for Rikard Persson in the first pair moved him up to #3. Significant axle tramp for Christer Uhlin in the other lane will have cost him some time. Next pair and Peter Uhman's Duster rolled to a halt by the Tree, pushed back after a look under the bonnet and a quick clean-up ensued. 9.9331 for Kenny Åsberg in the last pairm good for #4.

14:35

Super Gas Bike qualifying session 5

Top qualifier Bo Sørensen pushed out of line-up and returned to the pits. In the last run of the session Trygve Kjærstad Helgerud shut off and pulled over before the eighth, retrieval called. No changes to the standings in this session.

Super Comp Bike qualifying session 5

Paired breakouts between (you guessed it) Jens Karlsson and Tony Andersson to open the session. Tony's team were applauding so I guess something worked out. Peter Östlund with a 8.6813 for #6. Next pair and Peter Svensson left before the lights ran. Last run of the session and Tomas Jonsson's bike looked to be trying to chuck him off in the first hundred yards or so but he held on and even broke out.

14:25

Junior Dragster qualifying session 5

Second pair and a squeaker -0.0005 RT for Lina Andersson. 0.0689 improvement for Elina Paulsson but stayed #14. Marcus Andersson now with an RT on the board, red light as it happens but now listed. 0.0689 now gets you #14.

Junior Drag Bike qualifying session 5

John Rolfstad up to top spot in the first pair with a 0.0025 RT.

14:15

Simon has posted today's second set of pit notes which you can check out via the Event Index.

Comp Eliminator qualifying session 4

Lars-Georg Johansson (7.62) improved to 7.1714 in the first pair, stayed #10. Good-looking launch but early shut-off for Jens Eklund next pair. Bjørn Johansen shut off in stage for a fluid leak, Odd Erik Fossum (7.18) took the bye and a storming bye at that, 6.3511/351.40 (218.35 mph) which moved him up to #2. Very brief hold for clean-up. Per Mikkelsen (8.02) with a big improvement to 7.4145, up to #7, Matti Rajamaki (9.68) with another slight improvement of 9.1038. Roger Forsström (7.80) and Lars-Ove Berglund (8.32) on his first run of the day both left before the lights ran. Klaus Romahn (7.68) closed the session with a 7.8110 bye, #16 spot.

14:00

Pro Street qualifying session 4

0.0021 breakout for Pelle Arvidsson in the first pair, the track 15.82 centimetres too short for him. Check of the right lane after the first pair, start line clean-up with mop and Billys. Next pair and Lars Berglund up to #2 at 7.6149 and Annua Knutes up to #9 at 7.6679, more to come as Anna's run was not overly straight. Bump spot at this point 7.8015. Peter Trång with a 7.6613, how's that for consistency against his 7.6617 earlier. 7.6443 for Tommy Abrahamsson good for #7. Side-by-side breakouts for Michael Ohlsson 7.5851 and Ossi Oikarinnen 7.5734. Carina Mogren pushed back before the burnout. Seppo Raussi took the bye and a 7.5871 breakout. 7.6410 good for one spot for Mats Lusth, up to #7.

13:40

Today's running order has been amended, as you will have seen there was a partial Q5 but that is now a complete cycle. You can check out the updated running order via the Event Index.

Street qualifying session 4

Improvement for Marcus Gustafsson in the first pair, 8.9810 but stayed #6. Next pair and Johan Jörbeck moved up from #9 to #2 at 8.6289 with tyres blackstriping all the way. 8.6982 for Sami Holm but stayed #4. Mauritz Rådberg took a bye to close the session and took #5 spot at 8.7049.

13:35

Super Comp qualifying session 4

Mari Udtian up from #9 to #6 in the first pair, 9.0758. Next pair and both Thomas Hauge and Pontus Garefelt shut it off, Pontus in the second eighth with thickening smoke from his motor. Last pair and Leif Andersson's throttle stop was audible, 8.9266 won him #3.

Stock/Super Stock qualifying session 4

Second pair and Thomas Strand (11.25) moved up from #5 to #2 at 10.1509. Improvement for Jörgen Lindgren (12.55), 12.1489 but stayed #28. #26 to #25 for Rick McCann (10.50) at 9.9881.

13:20

Super Street qualifying session 4

First pair and a puff of black smoke from one side of Christer Gustafsson's motor right on the stripe, no consternation though. Second pair and Uffe Lundgren up to #2 at 10.9154. Jonas Larsson left before the lights ran next pair. Tomas Hägg closed the session with a 10.9307 good for #6.

Super Gas qualifying session 4

Good to see Peter Uhman's Duster back after it was pushed away on dollies earlier and then taken back to the pits on the low-loader. Improvement for Kenny Åsberg, 9.9878 but stayed in place. 9.9240 for Stefan Andersson put him #1 with the last run of the session.

13:10

Super Gas Bike qualifying session 4

Bo Sørensen up to #1 in the first pair at 9.5381. Trygve Kjærstad Helgerud pushed back before staging in the second pair. Trygve back for another go, 9.5637 took #2 spot.

13:00

Junior Dragster qualifying session 4

First pair and Nelly Ericsson up from #5 to #2 at 0.0028, in the other lane 0.0251 for Ludvig Sundqvist good for #7. 0.0309 moved Niklas Larsson up to #9 from #16. Elina Paulsson next up the ladder, #18 to #13 at 0.0745.

Junior Drag Bike qualifying session 4

Anna Rosander shut off immediately after starting. No changes to the standings in this session.

12:50

Comp Eliminator qualifying session 3

First pair Bjørn Johansen (7.45) pushed back before staging. Big improvement for Roger Forsström (7.80), 7.2465 and moved up to #7, in the other lane Lasse Britsmar was off the gas before the eighth. Nice burnout for Klaus Romahn until the car took a step left but Klaus kept a hold of it, then a 7.9560/281.25 visibly shut off early. Next pair and a move up the ladder for Janne Kretz (8.74), #10 to #4 at 8.1017. Krister Adeen (7.13) with a straight pass up from #12 to #8 at 6.6235. Next pair and again hideous shake for Odd Erik Fossum, hard right turn, in amongst all the shake there was a metallic snapping sound. Track checked and all OK. Shake and off the gas for Andres Arnover in the last pair. Bye for Gideon Liljegren (7.68) to close the session, made it to the line. A couple of pedals and off the gas early but a time on the board.

12:35

Pro Street qualifying session 3

Lars Berglund up to #6 at 7.6492 in the first pair. Next pair and right lane came up as Preben Bærentzen, if it was then he has changed cars from the Willys. 8.1222 to open his account. Next pair and Michael Ohlsson's motor did not start, pushed away. Ossi Oikarinen took the bye, 7.6305 good for #4. Top nine in the 7.6s at that point. Carine Mogren didn't make the burnout, pushed back. Stefan Bjöns took the bye, 7.6824 for #10 spot and that was with shake. That's ten in the 7.6s. A 7.7487 good for #14 for Seppo Raussi, 8.0834 moved Jan Fricke Fredriksson up from #21 to #17. Carina back for another go, 7.8015 good for #15.

12:15

Street qualifying session 3

8.7070 for Sami Holm in the first pair good for a move from #5 to #2. 8.4875 for Thorbjorn Back in the second pair, I don't know if the sub .50 rule applies in this class as it does in Pro Street.

Quick hold for track grooming.

12:10

Stock/Super Stock qualifying session 3

0.0015 RT for Tomas Paulsson. Rick McCann (10.50) with launch issue sorted, up from #30 to #26 at 10.0503. An unusually quiet session so far as ladder moves are concerned.

12:00

Super Comp qualifying session 3

Another big breakout for Leif Andersson at 8.3991. Nice pair between Amanda Sjöström-Andersson and Kristina Hägglund Nygren, Kristina took over #1 at 8.9124 and Amanda improved but moved down to #2 at 8.9128.

11:55

Super Street qualifying session 3

Erik Jansson up to #3 from #8 first pair at 9.9877. 10.0146 improvement for Christer Uhlin but stayed in place.

11:50

11:40

Junior Dragster qualifying session 3

First pair and an improvement for Hampus Sundqvist but stayed in place, car stopped off the line, belt or chain I guess. Hampus out of the car, safety kit off, no fuss, pushed the car away like a pro. Next pair and Nelly Ericsson up from #11 to #4 at 0.0213. Next pair and side-by-side improvements, Fanny Andersson up to #4 at 0.0143 and Pontus Söderlund up to #7 at 0.0254. Next pair and the back end of Victor Heleander's car shook as if the tyres were shaking. Final pair and Almathea Granholm up to #10 at 0.0626.

Junior Drag Bike qualifying session 3

First pair and Anna Rosander up to #2 at 0.0143.

11:25

Comp Eliminator qualifying session 2

Krister Adeen (7.13) ran very close indeed to the guardrail, I don't know what Swedeish for "fag paper" is but it was that close, still a 6.9695. In the other lane Robert Arthursson's motor stopped at the hit. Great to see Andres Arnover (6.67) back on one piece after motor damage at Santa Pod. Andres with what looked like a checkout pass, no such story for Jens Eklund (7.80) in the other lane with a 7.0186 good for #2 at that point. Big improvement for Lars-Georg Johansson (7.62), 7.2147 moved him up to 5#. Again problems for Gideon Liljegren after the burnout, pushed back. Odd Erik Fossum (7.18) took the bye, awful shake and headed left, almost had the centre line. Shut off and idled through. First outings of the day for Matti Rajamaki (9.68) and Per Mikkselsen (8.02). Matti in at #5 at 9.1215, Per had it shut off before the eighth and put the chutes out in the second half.

11:05

Pro Street qualifying session 2

First pair and Tommy Abrahamsson with a much cleaner run this time, 7.7157 good for #8. Alexandra Wingård with a 7.6302 moved up from #4 to #2. Problem for Magnus Lidberg in the burnout, idled it to the end of the track and took the emergency exit. First run of the day for Michael Maderer and #1 spot at 7.6124. Next pair and problems for both Peter Trång, lost drive off the line, and Felix Nilsson whose motor zinged a couple of hundred feet out. Mats Lusth #11 to #6 with a 7.6553, in the other lane Jan Fricke Fredriksson shut it off in the first half. Pelle Arvidsson up from 12 to #9 at 7.7009, Lars Berglund with a 7.6969 stayed #8. At this point we had 8 of 20 in the 7.6s. Next pair and Pär Norgren up to #8 from #10 at 7.6680, make that 9 of 20. Christer Åberg going home, albeit very quickly, at 7.3200, in the other lane Anna Knutes' crew got a telling off for running forward and arming the datalogger when Anna was in stage and the Tree about to run.

Hold for a sweep of the track.

10:50

Street qualifying session 2

Second pair and Rolf Berglund up from #2 to #1 at 8.6258. Next pair and Torbjörn Israelsson took it gently off the line. First outing today for Jörgen Holmgren in his Anglia, hesitation off the line and an eleven-second pass. In the other lane breakout for Mikael Svensson with an 8.5513.

10:45

Stock/Super Stock qualifying session 2

Second pair and Thomas Kaakinen lost drive at the hit, spin maybe, lost a lot of time. Lars Johansson (13.45) consolidated his #1 with a 12.3664. Thomas Strand (11.25) up from #10 to #5 at 10.2164, check of both lanes. On the restart Krister Fogelin (10.95) up from #21 to #12 at 10.0816. Rick McCann (10.50) still with problems, sat and looked at the green then drove off the line, as opposed to launching. Åke Hedberg (11.00) up from 25 to #19 at 10.3392, in the other lane Per Fagerström (11.00) up one spot to #12 at 10.1187. Next pair and Theodor Brandt (12.00) took #1 spot at 10.9125... for a few seconds as Lasse Bodén (11.50) took it off him at 10.3803 with the last run of the session.

10:25

Super Gas qualifying session 2

Improvement for Christer Uhlin but stayed in place. Several brakouts in this session, given the temperature out there that surprises me but on the other hand judging by the flags there is no breeze at track level.

Super Gas qualifying session 2

8.9359 for Micke Nilsson in the first pair moved him up to #2. Haze from Pontus Garefelt's motor, track checked and all OK. 8.2682 for Leif Andersson in the final pair.

10:15

Super Street qualifying session 2

Kent Forschner-Hell with a 10.9362 consolidated #1 spot in the first pair. Well, for one pair since Isak Lagg then took over top place with a 10.9281. Next pair and a breakout for Christer Gustafsson, old guys rule. Penultimate pair and Åke Tornqvist took over #1 at 10.9052 and Ulf Axelsson went into #2 at 10.9240.

10:10

Simon has posted a set of pit notes which you can check out via the Event Index.

Super Gas Bike qualifying session 2

Bo Sørensen and Trygve Kjærstad Helgerud side-by-side up the ladder to #2 and #3, 9.7389 and 9.7678 respectively. 9.7511 for Magnus Pollack good for #3, breakout for Jenni Pekkarinen.

Super Comp Bike qualifying session 2

First pair and Peter Svensson with 8.5386 up to #2, in the other lane Emil Östlund's bike wheelied then headed left, left lleg stuck right out for balance. 7.9235 for Jens Karlsson. Maybe a trick of the light but looked from here as if something was flapping off Kim Hilander's bike. 8.5244 for Thomas Jonsson consolidated his #1 spot, Kathrine Wagenius up up #4 in the other lane at 8.6554.

Sweep of the track then Super Street.

10:05

Junior Dragster qualifying session 2

Victor Heleander and Niklas Larsson opened again, anyone going after Victor's #1 will have to go pretty much perfect. Niklas a squeak under the 7.90 index this time. Eskil Dahls up from #8 to #4 at 0.0530. Fanny Andersson up from #5 to #4 at 0.0314. Jack Sundström with a 0.0049 up to #2 next pair. Marcus Andersson pushed away, problems starting. Wilma Andersson in at #6 at 0.0374 and right side of the index.

Junior Drag Bike qualifying session 2

John Rolfstad up to #2 in the first pair at 0.0746.

09:50

Comp Eliminator qualifying session 1

Bjørn Johansen (7.45) under index at 7.3815 despite shake and a pedal. Mats Lundkvist (7.68) with a nice 7.2778 to open his account. Robin Sattler (9.64) on a bye after Krister Adeen had problems getting a burnout, pushed back, 8.8728 for Robin put him top at that point. Krister towed back to the pits. Fantastic 6.4563 for Robert Arthursson (7.37), good for #1 at that point, Odd Erik Fossum (7.18) not hanging about either with a 6.8306 and that was off the gas and chutes out. Gideo Liljegren pushed back after his burnout. Jens Eklund (7.80) took the bye, lost drive off the line then got it back but a lot of time lost. Big launch for Lars-Georg Johansson (7.62) but then shut it off after the eighth, in the other lane Jeppe Bergdahl (10.30) was off the gas very quickly and idled through. Lasse Britsmar (7.90) closed the session with a 7.2844 good for #3.

09:30

Pro Street qualifying session 1

Index of 7.60, historically the rule has been go below 7.50 and you go home with the Race Director's Size 8 wedged in your butt. Alexandra Wingård with a great 7.6500 to open her account, that was with some spin off the line which probably saved a breakout. In the other lane Peter Nordlund had the chute out early as an anti-breakout device I suspect. The other pick-up equipped Freddy, Fredrik Gravningen, pulled a 300-foot burnout then a 7.8984 good for #3. Anna Knutes shut off without a burnout, pushed away. 7.6474 bye for Ossi Oikarinen to take #1 spot. Shake and a pedal for Christer Åberg's 'Vette, Peter Trång with no such problems into #3 at 7.6617. Great 7.6197 for Michael Ohlsson, took a long way round and was blackstriping a lot of the way, into #1. In the other lane Mats Lusth was off the gas a touch early. 7.9690 for Lars Berglund, in the other lane a feather of the throttle then off the gas for Jan Fricke Fredriksson. 7.6345 for Magnus Lidberg put him second, eleven of twelve in the sevens at that point. Well, goodbye to Roger Kullander at 7.4903 and Schuby Schubert at 7.4082. Final pair and Carine Mogren pushed back after the burnout. Max Hoffbrandt took the bye, shake for the first sixty feet or so then shut off.

Take it from Your Reporter, I have tried and it is impossible to open a paper-wrapped pack of crispbread quietly.

09:05

Street qualifying session 1

Index of 8.60. First pair and a 150-foor burnout for Torbjörn Israelsson with a twitch and left turn as he got off the gas, had it covered. On the green crept off the line but then gave it some welly. In th eother lane an 8.9810 for Marcus Gustafsson's lane then a quick mop-and-Billys clean-up. Visible blackstriping all the way for Rolf Berglund next pair, 8.7913 and into #1 at that point. Johan Jörbeck left before the lights ran, in the other lane Thorbjorn Back took a half pass in his gorgeous Vette. Half pass too for Helena Olsson next pair, 8.8708 for Sami Holm in the other lane. Mikael Svensson closed the session in another pretty Vette, 8.7434.

09:00

Stock/Super Stock qualifying session 1

Lars Johansson (13.45) at 12.3664 in the second pair went to the top of the ladder. Great paired wheelies by Thomas Strand and Iiro Mikkola. Next pair and Krister Fogelin lost time to wheelspin at the hit. Jörgen Lindgren's 1962 Bel Air, what can I say but wow! Concours quality. In the other lane Lasse Bodén in at #2 with 10.4297 on 11.50 index. Björn Bondesson in at #3 with 10.2217 on 11.25, quick check of both lanes. An indicator of the quality of this field already, Per Fagerström with a 10.1361 on 11.00 index is #6. 9.9527 on 11.00 for Jonas Bengtsson was good for #3. Mathias Färm in at #5 with a 9.5539 on 10.55. #3 for Theodor Brandt with 10.9358 on 12.00. Amanda Sjöström-Andersson still refuses to marry a guy named Smith to make Your Reporter's job easier, 8.9166 good for #1 at that point. Don't think I've seen Peter Andreasson's '32 Ford before, very nice piece of kit. 8.9370 for Jan Hallman in the other lane good for #2.

Super Gas Bike qualifying session 1

9.50 index. First oair and a set of leathers with "Fredlund" on the back, this is Joel Fredlund, 10.5496 to open his account. First two pairs all in the tens. The tens continued in the third pair, Magnus Pollack close though with a 10.0363. Jenni Pekkarinen closed the session, last shot at a nine, great run with a 9.6413 for #1.

Super Comp Bike qualifying session 1

Junior Drag Bike qualifying session 1

Reaction Time qualifying. John Rolfstad with problems starting, dad Svein Olav got on the bike and got it started with a push from a team-mate. Very nice 0.0079 for Seth Friström in the first pair. 0.0774 for Anna Rosander, good for #2 of three.

Junior Dragster qualifying session 1

The first racer to leave the line at this event quite often does so by virtue of a red light, let's see if that continues... Niklas Larsson and Victor Heleander first up, Victor's sister Elin looks remarkably un-hung over given what the student population were doing here in Sweden yesterday. Great 0.0016 RT for Victor which is going to take some beating for #1 spot. Netx pair and Marcus Andersson pushed back, plenty of sessions left to fix whatever that was about. 0.0545 for Fanny Andersson next pair, good for #2 at that point. Elina Paulsson rolled through stage, dad pulled her back, no worries. In the other lane 0.0099 for Atle Poolsar put him #2 at that point. That really is an impressive windshield on Pontus Söderlund's dragster, Pontus #6 at that point on 0.0601, in the other lane 0.0579 for Justin Ericsson good for #4. Nice 0.0229 for Kevin Granholm put him #3. Next pair and Ludvig Sundqvist pushed back but not very far, will be back for another go I think. In the other lane 7.8939 for Wilma Andersson, a squeak below index. Ludvig indeed back for another go to close the session, 0.1036 good for #9. A few new (to me) names in this session which is always good to see.
