Who is the mystery new sponsor on Andy Carter's Top Fuel Dragster? Come to tomorrow's midday unveiling or tune into Eurodragster.com.

Allegheny Technologies Ltd, formerly ATI Titanium International, are increasing their backing of the Showtime Fuel FC this year and the car again features on promotional material.

Steve Clark (right) and Super Modified racer Nigel Payne greeted visitors to the stand of drag racing sponsor Nimbus Motorsport.

Showtime Fuel FC driver John Spuffard greeted representatives of sponsors œrlikon Balzers Coating, ATI Stellram, and Allegheny Technologies Ltd.

This cam is covered in the œrlikon Balzers friction-reducing coating to a depth of two or three microns.

Legendary Fuel Altered racer Ron Hope told us that he has been talking to Santa Pod Raceway about bringing Rat Trap and other AAFAs on a visit in 2007 or 2008.

This very neat miniature doorslammer cage in T45 tubing was on the Winged Aviation stand.

Geof Hauser and Ray Eldred were again in town selling the very popular Grip Tyre Softener.

Andy Robinson's European record-holding blown-alcohol Pro Mod motor was again on the Brown and Miller Racing Solutions stand.

As recipients of sponsorship from Andy Robinson Race Cars we were privileged to receive the nifty new ARRC mouse mat which resembles a computer game vehicle selection screen. Note the rating for handling!

Win an F1 race and get remaindered a few months later...but we say £10 is about £10 too much for a guy who goes around corners.

Happy headers on the Showtime Fuel FC.

At the end of today's second Press/Trade Day, Autosport Engineering closed and the Showtime Fuel FC was, after much Jobsworth-ery from the NEC staff, relocated via the mezzanine to the other end of the Centre...

...to feature on Santa Pod Raceway's display for the Public Days.
