Siw Nystad was first to light up the night sky in session 3 of the Top Fuel Exhibition. Harlan Thompson won this race.

Barry Sheavills' first run today came to an abrupt end at the end of the burnout. It was only a broken wire on the ignition.

Patrik Pers took his session 3 bye in front of a packed grandstand.

Thomas Nataas took on Micke Kågered at the end of session 3...

...Bahrain's first side-by-side pair of fives was the result after the guys drove out of the lingering burnout smoke. Micke took the win and a 5.238 track record.

Harlan Thompson came back just after 23:00 and equalled Micke's 5.238.

Barry Sheavills shook the start line with a thundering launch before encountering one of the half track reflectors.

Patrik Pers' team were delighted with his 5.608 Personal Best.

Siw Nystad suffered a big fireball on this pass but the consensus was that it was only a blower panel.

Micke Kågered put the track record beyond dispute with a storming 5.145.

Thomas Nataas tried to better Micke's track record but it was all over after he had to pedal twice.

Ali Aryan didn't run in the Top Fueller today but is in the Pro Mod final.
