15:55 Twinlab Super Gas top five qualifiers after session 4: Congratulations to Pelle Norén who won the Eurodragster.com/LA Racing Parts Perfect ET Award with his 9.900 which put him into #1 spot. Anne-C Pettersson moved into number two spot whilst Mats Lindkvist moved up into third.

15:25 Junior Dragster top five qualifiers after session 4: Congratulations to Niklas Andersson who won the Eurodragster.com/Speedflow Perfect Light Award with a 0.000 Reaction Time which was also good for #1 qualifier. Reactions just like his namesake when he was in Pro Stock! Niklas is now 750 SEK better off. Thomas Bredal, Birgitte Bremnes and Linda Eriksson moved into the top five in this session.
The top thirty six Juniors are within 0.099 of a second. 15:10 Super Gas Bike top five qualifiers after session 3: Kari Ollilainen improved in this session, and Dag Wagenius moved into the top five before being bumped out by Anders Gronvall, who was himself then bumped out by Roberth Haggblöm.
An interesting sight from my place in Race Control was the entry into the pits of Monica Öberg's Top Fuel Dragster trailer. Monica is not on the published entry list but I guessed she wanted to make an entrance! So that's nine Top Fuel Dragsters we have here now. 15:00 Street Bike top five qualifiers after session 3: Peter Andersson moved into the top five in this session. Christer Holmberg also made it into the top five but was then bumped out again by Henrik Oscarsson on the very next pairing.
14:55 Mickey Thompson Comp Eliminator top five qualifiers after session 3: No changes to the top five in this session although Mikael Nord improved his time still further.
Krister Adéen is OK after spinning out in the second half of the track. The car started to smoke and drop fluid at half track and as soon as the tyres got onto the fluid the car started spinning and went up on two wheels, sending reflectors flying and spinning into the other lane. Erik who was trackside said he has never seen a race car go so far up on two wheels and come back down again. "That will have been the longest half-second of Krister's life!", said Erik. Jeppe Bergdahl in the other lane did a great job of stopping his dragster safely; Sharkman at trackside said that Jeppe stood on the brakes as he saw Krister get out of shape. 13:15 Stock/Superstock top five qualifiers after session 3: This session saw improvements from the top four and Björn Bondesson move into fifth.
13:00 System Edström Super Comp top five qualifiers after session 3: Leif Andersson took the lead and Inge Hägglund moved into #2 spot in this session whilst Zane Llewellyn improved still further and is one of three racers on 8.913! Pal Hasselgren moved back into the top five but was then bumped out again by Leif. The top thirteen qualifiers are in the 8.9s.
12:45 Twinlab Super Gas top five qualifiers after session 3: Pelle Norén took the lead in this session whilst Anders Brandström moved into the top five.
For our Dutch friends, David Vegter is nineteenth at 10.049. 12:35 Rod and Race Super Street top five qualifiers after session 3: Big changes to the top five again in this session as Jussi Tukiainen took the lead, and Johan Stam and Kjell Mosbaick moved into the top five. The top thirteen qualifiers are in the 10.9s.
12:25 Junior Dragster top five qualifiers after session 3: No changes to the top five in this session. The top thirty qualifiers are beneath 0.099 seconds!
12:00 Super Gas Bike top five qualifiers after session 2: Big changes to the top five in this session with Timo Savolainen taking over the lead - Mikael Ivarsson's earlier leading run now only good for fifth.

Ola Dahlbom is OK after taking a trip into the grass in the shutdown area. There was a cloud of smoke from the car just before the finish line and Ola put out the 'chute, then the car turned hard right into the grass. The car stayed upright and we understand that it suffered no damage. Simon has just posted today's first set of pit notes, which you can view from the Event Index page. 11:20 Stock/Superstock top five qualifiers after session 2: Mats Backman moved into #2 whilst Daniel Persson and Lars Nyberg went further under index.
11:05 System Edström Super Comp top five qualifiers after session 2: Johan Pripp moved up to second and Zane Llewellyn improved his ET, whilst Pal Hasselgren and Björn Johansen moved into the top five in this session. Mikael Norman took Breakout of the Day with an 8.400!
10:50 Twinlab Super Gas top five qualifiers after session 2: Changes to the top five as Christer Uhlin took over the lead and Joachim Ljungberg moved in at #4.
10:40 Rod and Race Super Street top five qualifiers after session 2: Lots of changes to the top five as Elisabeth Bredal, Lasse Koskinen, Leif-Erik Kvalvik and Ulf Axelsson all moved in during this session, but Leif-Erik was bumped out again.
